Introduction

You don’t have to be struggling with something big to see a therapist. Sometimes it’s just good to talk to someone. I can be that listening ear, with complete acceptance. I can also be a supportive figure when someone is in crisis. A lot of people have difficulties setting boundaries. I can help with that. My role is to assist and support you as you’re learning how to effectively advocate for yourself. I really like meeting different people and learning about different life experiences. I will be there to help as you grow and come more into yourself, handling challenges in more healthy ways. When we dive into family trauma and painful experiences, clients can see how everything’s connected. They say, "Dang, that makes sense."

I love seeing clients being able to achieve certain goals they set for themselves. I hope to bring you feelings of safety, comfort, insight, support, and acceptance with vulnerability. And, honestly, a good laugh. I love to laugh with my clients!

Clinical Interests

I specialize in LGBTQ, teenagers, clients of color, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and family systems.

Personal Interests

When not doting on my high-needs cat, Reginald, I enjoy watching true crime shows, listening to podcasts, and baking. I own a side business, baking cookies for a local coffee shop. During the pandemic, I got hooked on watching early 2000 teen dramas. I also love the Great British Baking Show and Golden Girls.
