Introduction

I approach counseling from an integrated, holistic, and client-centered lens. I believe everyone is different, and we are who we are because of interactions between emotional, cognitive, biological, social, cultural, and interpersonal factors. Counseling starts with listening, and I will do that for you first and foremost. My current areas of expertise are working with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. I have worked with clients of a wide variety of backgrounds and believe that being nonjudgemental and strengths-based are key in helping others.
