Introduction
"You belong and you’ve come to just the right place for help! Although life can feel like an overwhelming mix of grief, beauty and chaos, you are here to find your way and add you specific you-ness to the mix. I am here to help you do that. Mental health challenges, trauma and life’s expected and unexpected transitions can cloud or alter our perceptions of who we are as well as provide opportunity to find out who we want to be in the world. I specialize in guidance and support as you find, change, accept and celebrate your true self. Together, we will work toward integrating and coping with the overwhelming experiences of life and looking at them together with the benefit of hindsight, empathy, and self-compassion. I can help you work to align identity, actions, and values so that you can create the rootedness and meaning that we all crave.
Fortunately, and unfortunately, it’s all relational which can be difficult to manage and show up for in ways that we feel good about because of our deep anxiety and vulnerabilities. Together, we will work on your connections in order to facilitate the most aligned and connected you. Intimacy is hard. It’s vulnerable and requires continued commitment and growth from all parties. With couples work we will focus on healthy attachments, skill building, strategies to support connection as well as common relationship issues and building systems of life management so that you can minimize conflict and maximize connectedness and joy.
My hope is that, together, we can help you become more comfortable in yourself, your relationships and the world and re-ignite the belief that the life you want is possible.”
