Introduction

Natalia believes all human beings have an innate capacity to thrive and become the version of themselves that is most authentic and fulfilling. Such growth requires that we remain open to engaging in self-examination and making bold choices and changes. When people are challenged or struggle on their path, they do not have to do battle alone. Therapy can be a source of support, relief, and discovery as they move through life.

Natalia is passionate about helping people on their journey and considers being allowed into their lives a privilege. She is committed to working with clients in a collaborative manner, honoring their uniqueness, and meeting them where they are. Her purpose is to assist them in achieving their goals so they may live their best lives. She offers a judgment-free, compassionate, and safe space for clients to explore their world and she prioritizes their agency by empowering them to be in charge of this process.

She speaks Spanish fluently and welcomes clients who prefer to do therapy in Spanish.
