COVID Protocols
Alli Center is committed to the well-being of our staff and clients. The following protocols have been developed to ensure their safety and security during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is critical to the business and everyone’s health to continue to follow these protocols closely. These protocols will be enforced until further notice from Alli Center. Thank you for your cooperation.
Telehealth and In-Person Appointments
Alli Center offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Some of our therapists only offer telehealth sessions. You may discuss with your therapist whether or not your next appointment will be in-person or by telehealth.
We ask that clients follow these protocols as much as possible. If special accommodations are needed, please call us at 319-804-9312 and we will do our best to help you.
Check-in and Waiting Room Guidelines
When you arrive for your in-person appointment, please text your therapist from the parking lot when you arrive. They will let you know when you can come in. If you are unable to text, you may call your therapist or our main number: 319-804-9312.
Clients may bring up to one caregiver with them per visit. More than one family member is not allowed at this time.
Alli Center highly encourages all clients to wear appropriate face coverings during their visit.
We request that clients maintain a six-foot distance from all people whenever possible.
We advise high-risk individuals or those with high-risk family members in their household to stay home for safety and use our telehealth options.
Please bring your own water bottle or mug. Our water dispenser is available, but no cups will be provided.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office.
What We are Doing to be Safe
Staff members will wear appropriate face coverings and wash/sanitize hands before and after interacting with patients.
All high-traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected periodically throughout the day, in addition to our daily routine cleaning procedures.
We will have designated waiting areas near the therapists' offices for caregivers. Please do not spend excessive time in the entry area, and wait in your car if at all possible when you arrive before your appointment starts.
