Introduction

Trying to find help can be scary and hard and it takes an incredible amount of strength to be vulnerable and open. My goal is to help my clients, so they don’t have to walk this path alone anymore. I have helped a wide range of clients seek healing and betterment.

Clinical Interests

My clinical interests include elements from Internal Family Systems and parts work to help clients find inner strength and guidance. I enjoy bringing in creative approaches such as art, music, and creative writing to help explore clients’ concerns, including using things such as tabletop roleplaying games. Regardless of what tools I use, I approach all clients with collaboration and a strength-based stance.

I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and issues. I also have experience helping neurodivergent individuals. I have worked the most with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Personal Interests

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy playing tabletop games such as Dungeons and Dragons or other similar games. I enjoy writing fantastical stories with friends or by myself. The rest of my time is taken up by my two pets: a kitten named Waffles and a chinchilla named Eclipse. I also identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and try to continue advocating when possible.
