Summary

As a Clinical Student Intern at Alli Center, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe healing begins when individuals feel empowered to share their story without fear of judgment.

With a background in research, including a year of doctoral-level work focused on attachment, I am passionate about integrating evidence-based practices into therapy. This foundation allows me to provide thoughtful and informed care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I approach each session with curiosity and empathy, drawing on both clinical training and research insights to support clients in their growth and healing journey.

One of my favorite reminders, both personally and professionally, is: “Small steps are still steps.” This simple truth guides my work, offering encouragement that progress doesn’t need to be big or fast to be meaningful.
