I believe that kindness is not just a value - it’s the lens through which I approach every interaction. My goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to show up as their full selves. I strive to cultivate a brave space - where healing can begin through honesty, trust, and shared humanity.
I bring a compassionate and positive spirit to my practice, grounded in evidence-based approaches including motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe in walking alongside my clients, working collaboratively to support their growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
Empathy is central to the way I connect with others. I know that healing often starts with being met with understanding rather than judgment. Whether someone is navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or inner struggles, I am committed to holding space for their experiences with care and integrity.
Above all, I want my clients to feel empowered and supported as we work together toward greater well-being.
I enjoy going on walks, baking, doing puzzles, and reading! I enjoy trying new things and picking up new hobbies.
