My experience spans working with adolescents and young adults in various school settings. I am passionate about helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, work or academic stress, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your healthy self, letting go of self-judgment, guilt, and maladaptive patterns. I believe that everyone can benefit from finding a supportive and non-judgmental professional to foster self-compassion and connection. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
