Payment and Insurance

Our Rates for Therapy

• $250 for the initial therapy intake appointment

• $225 for 50-minute follow-up therapy appointments

• $175 for 30-minute follow-up therapy appointments

Insurance Plans We Accept

Depending on your insurance plan, the amount you pay may be less than our full rates.  Please check with your plan for an estimate.  We do not accept new clients without insurance.

Our therapists are in-network with different insurance plans, so please review the page of the therapist you will be working with to see if they can bill your insurance.  In general, everyone accepts UIChoice, Wellmark, BlueCross BlueShield, Health Choices, and Medical Associates Health Plan (MAHP). 

Some providers are also able to bill Aetna, Medicare, Tricare, the VA Community Care Network, United Healthcare, UMR, and Medicaid.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Company

• Does your insurance plan include mental health insurance benefits?

• Does your plan allow telehealth appointments?

• Are you limited to a certain number of mental health appointments each year?

• Do you need a referral from my doctor, or approval in advance from my insurance company?

• What will you have to pay per session?  Some plans have a deductible, coinsurance, or copayment.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, flexible savings account (FSA) cards, and health savings account (HSA) cards.

Past Due Balances

Balances not paid within 30 days are considered past due. If you have a past-due balance, you may be required to make regular payments before continuing therapy. You will also be expected to pay for the current appointment.
