Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.—Unknown
You've already taken an important first step by being here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or ADHD, facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with parenting, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My hope is that together we can help you find a greater sense of peace as you navigate life's challenges.
For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, families, and educators as they navigated challenges, built resilience, and experienced growth. My experience in education and leadership inspired me to pursue counseling so I could continue helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change through understanding, support, and connection.
I work with children ages 8 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I especially enjoy supporting clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, school-related concerns, parenting stress, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and encouraged, no matter where you are in your journey.
I believe people do the best they can with the tools they have, and therapy can provide new insight, skills, and support when life feels overwhelming. Using an integrative approach grounded in Person-Centered and Strengths-Based therapy, along with techniques from CBT and DBT, we'll build on your strengths, strengthen communication and connection, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of peace. I look forward to meeting you.
