Yes. We’re in-network with many major insurers and can bill sessions under standard family therapy codes (such as 90847) when insurance allows. Because coverage varies widely, clients are responsible for confirming their benefits directly with their insurance company.
We also provide low-cost and/or pro bono options through our graduate interns. This means couples can still access support even if finances or insurance are a barrier.
Our therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based methods, including family systems therapy, CBT-informed tools, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method techniques. Your therapist will tailor the approach to fit your relationship’s unique needs.
We support couples through many changes, including marriage, parenthood, relocation, retirement, and coping with a chronic or terminal medical diagnosis.

Many couples start noticing improvements within a few sessions. Some continue longer-term to deepen their connection.
