Introduction 

At times, life’s challenges can feel overwhelming to navigate alone, and reaching out for support can feel intimidating. Because of this,  I believe building a genuine therapeutic connection is often the first step toward healing and growth. As a clinician, my goal is to create a supportive, empowering environment where clients feel seen, heard, understood, and safe to explore their experiences authentically. 

Clinical Interests 

I am committed to providing strengths-based, compassionate care to individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. I believe everyone deserves mental health care that meets them where they are - developmentally, emotionally, and within the systems and relationships that shape their lives. 

My primary clinical interests include working with children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life transitions, emotional development, and evolving relationships. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to support clients in developing emotional regulation skills, effective communication strategies, resilience, and greater self-understanding. Above all, I strive to provide care grounded in trust, consistency, authenticity, and developmentally responsive practice. 

Personal Interests 

My personal interests include hanging out with my adorable dog, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying live music! I also like to travel and visit my sister, who lives in the Pacific Northwest.

• Licensed Master Social Worker, licensed to practice in the state of Iowa, expected summer 2026

• Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Social Work from The University of Iowa 

• ASIST Certified
