“Comparison is the thief of Joy”.
This saying resonates with me so much as I feel individuals often sit with their struggles in isolation, comparing themselves to others and an idealized self. In the age of social media, where a curated image of perfection is common, it's easy for people to feel utterly alone in their anxieties, depression, or self-doubt. It's crucial to remember that no one is perfect; each of us is simply doing our best in any given moment. Together we will collaborate to develop effective coping skills, foster self-compassion, and address whatever challenges weigh on your mind. My commitment is to create a genuine, nonjudgmental space that encourages open communication, all while employing evidence-based practices. Your experiences are valid, and I’m eager to help you become the best version of yourself. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and you are never alone.
I enjoy playing video games and table-top board games, listening to true-crime podcasts, baking, and playing tennis.
