What to Expect
1) Connect with Us
Fill out our online form, or call us at 319-804-9312 and select option #3 to discuss becoming a new patient at Alli Center. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed voicemail message, and we will call you back.
2) Paperwork
If we have a clinician available to work with you, our intake coordinator will send you a link to register for our Client Portal to enter your information and sign our consent forms. After everything is complete, the coordinator will help you schedule your first appointment.
3) Prepare for Your First Session
Many appointments are being held by video, so review the technical requirements for using our telehealth system before your appointment.
You will receive a text or email link for your appointment at least 30 minutes before it starts.
4) Find Some Relief
Meet with your counselor and start finding solutions to improve your life.
