Introduction
Seeking care for your mental health can be intimidating. I am here to answer any questions you have and to help make the process as smooth as possible. I approach our work together through a collaborative lens and hold an unwavering belief that all people are capable of healing and growth. That said, life can be hard, and you don't have to do it alone. In order to best meet your needs, I take an integrative approach and utilize interventions from a variety of therapeutic traditions. My space is safe and affirming of all gender and LGBTQ+ identities.
My goal is to support, encourage, and advocate for you and walk through this process together. You are not alone in this journey. I specialize in working with clients who have concerns related to anxiety, depression, academic/work stress, life transitions, gender & sexuality, religion/spirituality, religious trauma, sexual trauma, and other trauma-related concerns.
