Introduction

"How can you live as your best, most authentic self? Caring for mental health is crucial to getting the most out of our experiences, relationships, and lives. Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, life transitions, issues of identity, and other concerns can create obstacles to our personal growth; but given the right circumstances and support, you can not only grow but thrive. You can develop skills, awareness, and direction to help you manage the bumps in the road. By searching for a therapist, you’ve already started on your journey.

We all hold a unique collection of intersecting identities. My approach considers these aspects while honoring the truth of your lived experience. Through counseling, you’ll find that your values become powerful tools. In our sessions, you can say and be anything without judgement. Therapy can be challenging, but it also involves joy and positivity.

As your therapist, I’ll support you in the discovery and pursuit of the path to your best life. No matter what you’re facing, I’ll be there to help you navigate the twists and turns along the way. While reaching out for support can be intimidating, I strive to make this process accessible and comfortable for all who feel we might be a good fit."
