Engaging in therapy can be a vulnerable experience, and my foremost priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel secure. I am committed to providing you with the tools necessary to facilitate growth and positive change.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals through various life challenges, with a focus on promoting mental health and well-being. My clinical interests primarily involve serving adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the unique developmental, emotional and transitional challenges they face. I hope to assist in navigating through essential life skills to foster independence and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive, goal-oriented environment where clients can build resilience and improve their overall quality of life.
I believe in taking care of the mind and body, so I enjoy going on walks and staying active. My interests include trying new foods, drinks, and occasional traveling when given the opportunity.
