Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard. I believe that healing begins with authentic connection, and I work to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover your strengths, and move toward growth and self-discovery.
I am passionate about helping clients feel more grounded and confident as they learn new ways of understanding themselves and their experiences. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual.
I enjoy running, caring for plants, diving into all sorts of “ologies,” reading, spending time with my dog, and drinking coffee.
