Sometimes it feels like you’re barely holding it together. You’re doing your best to show up at school, at work, and for your family, but inside you’re tired. Maybe your thoughts feel heavy and constant, looping over what you should be doing better. Maybe you’re anxious, uncertain, or just … stuck.
You want to feel calm again, to stop second-guessing yourself, and to feel comfortable in your own skin. You want a space where you can let go of holding it all together and just be honest about how hard things have been. Therapy will be a place to breathe, to feel safe enough to be fully yourself, and to begin untangling what’s been weighing you down.
Please know this: you are not too much, and you are not alone. You’re human, and life can be incredibly hard sometimes.
My approach is person-centered. With nearly three decades of experience as an educator, I understand the weight of responsibility and the exhaustion that can come from constantly doing your best in a world that is so demanding. Therapy is a space where you get to slow down, reflect, and take care of yourself.
I work with adolescents 12+, adults, and educators navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, academic stress, and life transitions. Healing takes courage, and it can also hold space for humor and hope along the way.
Outside of therapy, I love exploring new hiking trails and spending time with the people and animals who make me laugh.
