Introduction

It is my personal belief that everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist at one point or another. So, whether it is something from your past or your present that is leading you to seek services, I recognize just reaching out can be a huge step for many. I use a client-centered approach and am intentional about meeting my clients where they are. I work hard to be authentic with my clients and to provide a space for others to be their authentic selves too.

Clinical Interests

I use elements of play-based therapy, art-based therapy, and sand tray therapy to help clients express themselves. I operate from a systems-based approach in order to gain a holistic understanding of my clients. I take a non-judgmental, strengths-based stance in my collaboration with clients.

I have lots of experience working with Trans youth, non-binary individuals, grief, LGBTQIA+ youth/young adults, immigrants, first-generation Americans, Foster Youth, Adoptees, Gifted and twice-exceptional youth, as well as those dealing with mood disorders.

Note to guardians: Choosing the right therapist for your child can be a daunting task. Please note that I do not minimize the concerns of youth, I understand while they may be in small bodies it does not mean they have small concerns. I work diligently on behalf of my youth clients to ensure they are developing the skills they need to cope with past/current life issues. I also work to equip them with the skills needed to face future life challenges.
