"Have you ever felt like nobody was there? Have you ever felt forgotten in the middle of nowhere? Have you ever felt like you could disappear? Like you could fall, and no one would hear?"

Those thoughts and feelings can be so heavy and isolating. You are welcome and invited here to share your story. Together, we can explore your thoughts and experiences in a safe space and unpack those overpowering feelings. Together, through the use of ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, we can work to lift the clouds that are making thinking, feeling, and living difficult. I offer the opportunity to be vulnerable, honest, and uncomfortable in a non-judgmental and non-biased setting.

Clinical Interests

My areas of interest include working with clients who are 16+ and are experiencing symptoms of grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work with clients who come from adoption, the BIPOC community, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who are experiencing family estrangement.

Let me share a bit of who I am. I am an Advanced Practicum Student, working at Alli Center as I work to finish my Master’s Degree at the University of Iowa Graduate School of Social Work. I have 5+ years of crisis work experience and am ASIST trained and certified. When I am not working, I am listening to one-hit wonders and pop music from the 90’s and early 00’s, and watching classics like ER, Will & Grace, and Parks and Recreation.
