Introduction

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and I take the time to get to know clients and understand their individual experiences. As your therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions. I have helped individuals from all walks of life work through a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship problems, and individuals and families in crisis as a mobile crisis responder.

Clinical Interests

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Art and Play Therapy. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, taking into account their individual circumstances and goals. I see adults, teens, children (6+), and families. My therapeutic style is warm, soothing, supportive, reflective and sometimes humorous.

I also believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with clients to set achievable goals and develop practical strategies for overcoming challenges. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and live a full and rich life.

Personal Interests

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, drinking coffee, discovering new music, watching classic movies, playing video games, sewing, and vintage clothes.
